Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Develop company-wide AI ethics policies and compliance protocols
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI implementation
- Advocate for responsible AI innovation in industry forums
- Monitor evolving regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and ensure compliance
- Train technical teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (Asilomar Principles, IEEE 7000)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Published work on AI ethics or governance preferred
