Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act, NIST standards, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias mitigation, transparency, and accountability
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical AI design principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory consultations
- Establish KPIs for responsible AI deployment across enterprise systems
- Drive research on emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neuromorphic AI
- Mentor data scientists on ethical ML practices and algorithmic fairness techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, Public Policy, or related field
- 7+ years experience in AI governance, ML ethics, or technology policy roles
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI transparency preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CSEP, CIPM) highly valued
- Demonstrated success influencing enterprise AI strategy at scale
