Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical principles in AI lifecycle
- Develop compliance strategies for evolving international AI regulations
- Lead stakeholder engagement on ethical AI standards with policymakers
- Author whitepapers on responsible AI deployment for 2026+ initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Strong background in at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
