Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems deployed in regulated industries
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop corporate policies aligning with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Coordinate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in AI development lifecycle
- Represent company at global ethics summits and publish thought leadership on responsible AI
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for affected communities and regulatory bodies
- Mentor engineers in ethical AI implementation through our 'Responsible Innovation' program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or responsible tech leadership
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles)
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments
- Strong background in deploying ethical AI frameworks at scale (10M+ user impact)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical teams
- Published research or practical implementation of AI transparency mechanisms
- Experience with quantum computing ethics or federated learning governance a plus
