Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles in AI pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Author policy whitepapers for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for AI system behavior
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks (NIST, OECD, EU AI Act)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for ethical tech
- Strong analytical skills for AI system auditing and risk assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
