Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using advanced statistical methods
- Develop compliance protocols for EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Produce transparency reports for autonomous decision-making systems
- Advocate for ethical AI principles at industry conferences and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior specialists in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation for deep learning systems
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory compliance in high-stakes tech environments
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
