Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Technology Policy with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Proven track record influencing tech policy at governmental or multinational level
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Published research on quantum computing ethics or neurotechnology governance
