Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Infrastructure: Design and deploy robust, scalable architectures for large-scale LLMs and generative AI models.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on achieving human-level reasoning and autonomy by 2026.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of training pipelines, reducing latency and improving inference efficiency.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Lead the fine-tuning of foundation models on proprietary datasets to enhance domain-specific accuracy.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong specialization in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformers, Attention Mechanisms, and Vector Databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
