The Role
You will be at the forefront of the Agentic AI revolution, moving beyond static models to create autonomous agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning. This is a high-impact role for a builder who thrives on ambiguity and possesses a deep understanding of the technological horizon.
What You Will Do
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and deploy multi-agent systems capable of independent research, execution, and self-correction in complex environments.
- Pioneer Next-Gen LLMs: Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models to create context-aware, long-horizon agents that understand nuance and intent.
- Build Semantic Infrastructure: Develop vector databases and retrieval systems that power the knowledge graph of the future.
- Ensure Ethical Alignment: Implement safety guardrails and ethical frameworks to ensure AI autonomy remains aligned with human values.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work directly with product leaders and designers to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, scalable products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research.
- Proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of Transformers, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic workflows.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, research-driven environments.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous agent architectures using LangChain and custom frameworks.

- Collaborate with the security team to mitigate AI-specific vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Strong coding skills in Python and C++.
- Familiarity with neural architecture search and model compression.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for cutting-edge technology.
