- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential digital filing systems
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships for procurement
- Support event planning and logistics for company meetings and community initiatives
- Prepare routine reports and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
