Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries for executives.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, screening inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate team members.
- Document Management: Draft, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations with high attention to accuracy.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the reception area maintains a professional appearance.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company meetings, team-building events, and client gatherings, including catering and logistics.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
