Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological convergence across sectors
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuromorphic AI
- Architect human-centric frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital governance
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with Nobel laureate advisors
- Produce actionable foresight reports for C-suite executives and government entities
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals or innovation whitepapers
- Deep expertise in emerging tech convergence patterns and exponential growth modeling
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and Delphi technique facilitation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-transforming strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFS) or equivalent
