- Drive Innovation Initiatives: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and prototype potential solutions for the 2026 era.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and governance frameworks to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency across all future projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on global tech shifts to predict industry disruptions and prepare the organization accordingly.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of futurists and engineers focused on long-term product development and feasibility studies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior technical leadership or strategic planning role, with at least 3 years focused on long-term futurism.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML paradigms, and emerging hardware trends relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex futuristic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Architecture (TOGAF, Zaha) or Strategic Planning are a plus.
