Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or architecture with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (ISO/IEC 23849, IEEE 2026 protocols)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in R&D budget allocation >$10M
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (e.g., IEEE Spectrum, TechCrunch)
- Global stakeholder management experience across 3+ continents
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
