Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AI governance frameworks)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Design pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI projections
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for technology adoption maturity and ethical implementation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise technology strategy or CTO-equivalent experience
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech roadmaps (2018-2024)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, future AI governance)
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or future tech trends
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering required
