Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Establish innovation KPIs and ROI frameworks for futuristic initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic research labs and tech incubators
- Present technology foresight briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile development in emerging tech environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
