Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends and market demands
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential for commercialization
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven reports and presentations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-ready technologies
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced tech environments
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (articles, patents, etc.)
