Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology commercialization roadmap for AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture capital consortiums
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator portfolio
- Author industry-defining white papers on emerging tech trends
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD researchers and product strategists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (VC funding or M&A exits)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D budgets and P&L responsibility
- Strong network within DARPA, IARPA, or similar innovation agencies
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
