- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their implications for business strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Proven experience developing long-term (5-10 year) technology roadmaps
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or related fields
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
