Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology innovation strategy with measurable KPIs
- Lead research on emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.) and deliver actionable insights
- Architect proof-of-concept projects for next-gen systems with 18-month deployment horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to the board of directors
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in emerging technologies
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment portfolios
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., from IEEE or MIT)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
