You'll shape our 5-year technology roadmap while maintaining real-world applicability through rapid prototyping and market validation.
Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 commercialization horizons
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and autonomous systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor next-generation innovation leaders through our Future Tech Fellowship
Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurology with 12+ years experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology
- Executive-level strategic planning experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Strong understanding of global technology policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
