Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI systems
- Anticipate societal and regulatory impacts of emerging technologies through horizon scanning
- Present futuristic technology visions to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate next-gen capabilities into customer solutions
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology anthropologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech research with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech innovation
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (e.g., Web Summit, CES)
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
