Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology innovation with business objectives for 2026 market readiness
- Design and oversee pilot programs for next-gen tech solutions including decentralized networks and neural interfaces
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven market impact analysis
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop 2026-relevant prototypes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech adoption methodologies and change management
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on technology's societal and economic transformation post-2025
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI/metaverse initiatives from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neural interfaces, and spatial computing architectures
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq) and metaverse development tools (Unity/Unreal)
