Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness for emerging innovations

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for 2026 technological landscape
- Design scalable architectures for quantum-AI hybrid systems and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference presentations
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers while maintaining hands-on technical involvement in core projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying at least two emerging technologies (quantum/AI/robotics)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural networks, sustainable tech, or human-computer interaction
- Strong background in systems architecture and high-throughput distributed computing
