Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AR/VR 3.0) to inform 5-year product strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development roadmaps
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary 2026-era technologies in sustainable computing
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets in next-gen tech startups
- Present quarterly technology forecasts to board members and industry consortiums
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity against 2026 benchmarks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on quantum/AI convergence
- Experience leading global R&D teams of 50+ engineers
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Deep understanding of semiconductor physics and neuromorphic architecture
- Proven track record of launching products with 10+ year vision cycles
