Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ technological breakthroughs across AI, quantum, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports and disruption assessments for leadership decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Architect innovation pipelines to accelerate commercialization of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Global network of tech innovators and industry thought leaders
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight (preferred)
