Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional prototyping initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present technology foresight findings to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies within 3-5 year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting and scenario planning projects
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
