- Analyze global tech policy implications and recommend adaptive strategies
- Mentor technical teams on emerging paradigm shifts and future-proofing methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and research institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
