Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Anticipate and mitigate ethical, regulatory, and societal implications of emerging technologies
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and boards, securing resources for transformative initiatives
- Mentor innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
- Monitor global technology trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
