Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent breakthrough research
- 15+ years leading exponential technology projects
- Published peer-reviewed papers on AI alignment or singularity ethics
- Expertise in ISO 20700:2018 for emerging tech standards
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies deployed at scale
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python
