Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 10+ years R&D leadership

- Expertise in federated learning and edge-AI optimization
- Deep understanding of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) safety standards
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
