Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record securing $5M+ in research funding
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech development
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with peer-reviewed publications
- Clearances for DoD/NASA tech collaboration programs preferred
