Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for 2026-era technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biometric interfaces)
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives integrating blockchain, AR/VR, and predictive analytics
- Develop patent-pending solutions addressing climate resilience, autonomous systems, and neural symbiosis
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers through rapid prototyping cycles
- Secure $5M+ in annual innovation grants through compelling technical proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ patents in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record shipping production-level AI/quantum systems
- Mastery of Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Deep understanding of ISO 27001, NIST AI Risk Framework, and ethical AI governance
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into stakeholder narratives
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier publications
