Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks and regulatory frameworks
- Partner with government agencies on 2030 digital infrastructure standards
- Commercialize breakthroughs through our venture studio accelerator
- Present at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE Future Tech conferences
- Mentor PhD fellows in our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant programs
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulators
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized emerging tech products
- Security clearance preferred for government collaborations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
