Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or neuro-interface projects
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience with sustainable AI and carbon-neutral tech systems
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility history
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
