Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in biotech, neurotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present strategic foresight reports to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our Innovation Labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
