Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with enterprise clients to identify future-proofing opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry discourse on 2026+ capabilities
- Mentor junior futurists and build a knowledge repository of trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D with focus on future-gazing
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year enterprise technology roadmaps
- Strong data visualization skills and ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
