Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and adoption curves
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-ready thinking
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in emerging tech research or strategic foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology preferred
