- Author white papers cited by IEEE and ACM on post-quantum security paradigms
- Mentor PhD researchers in 6G wireless and synthetic biology integration
- Drive commercialization of lab-to-market innovations with 18-month launch cycles
- Present at Davos and CES on the future of human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 5+ years industry R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with 1000+ citations
- Expertise in federated learning and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Proficiency in Rust, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic SDKs
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international partnerships
