Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 roadmaps for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Lead cross-functional task forces integrating quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech solutions
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies including neural interfaces and synthetic biology
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present future scenarios to Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-tech or foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or Quantum Computing
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technology impacts
- Experience scaling AI/ML systems with >1M user bases
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotechnology
- Proven ability to lead global teams across 10+ time zones
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Security clearance preferred for defense-adjacent projects
