Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Create detailed implementation roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure buy-in
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
