Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) into our core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to forecast technological trends and market shifts.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure future compatibility.
- Establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on schedule.
- Conduct risk assessments on long-term technology investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Strategic IT Management.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy for at least 5 years.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a global environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred.
