Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for the year 2026, aligning infrastructure goals with business objectives.
- System Design: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential growth and complex data loads.
- Trend Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to determine their applicability to our core products.
- Legacy Migration: Lead the strategic transition and modernization of legacy systems to ensure long-term stability and performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to drive technical standards and best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement architectural changes to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or senior architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Security: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
