Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders across technology, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Manage a team of futurists and analysts while mentoring junior talent
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or journals
