Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational priorities with future opportunities
- Monitor global technological, economic, and social shifts affecting industry landscape
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging business models
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior leadership teams
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-oriented product concepts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech disruption vectors
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Experience scaling foresight frameworks across global enterprises
