Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board committees
- Lead innovation workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for stakeholder alignment
- Drive organizational culture of adaptive innovation through thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodology mastery
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, reports)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
