- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical shifts and regulatory transformations.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development priorities.
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions.
- Monitor and analyze macroeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles.
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems).
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into enterprise strategy.
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex adaptive systems.
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting.
