Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology horizon scanning frameworks across AI, biotech, and emerging sectors
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize future-facing opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Maintain competitive intelligence on global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5-year+ innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
