Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for sustainable innovation and circular economy integration
- Present future-state scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight knowledge repository
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term tech impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven experience with Delphi method, SWOT analysis, and STEEPLE frameworks
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech, or AI governance trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities (Power BI, Tableau)
- Published author on technological disruption or sustainability topics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy)
