Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ market disruptions using AI-driven analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic roadmaps
- Author white papers and executive briefs on emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Establish early-warning systems for systemic risks and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to incubate 5-10 year innovation pipelines
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency with predictive modeling tools (Python, R, TensorFlow)
- Demonstrated experience translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Strong network across tech, policy, and academic futurist communities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
